InspectAll started offering Continuing Education Classes for Real Estate in 2019. Expanding our focus on education from our clients to agents is a natural fit for our values focused business. Our founder, Tim is a 15 year veteran of the home inspection industry and loves getting the chance to share his experience and knowledge. We are so excited to be able to learn with (and from) all of you. We encourage all agents to attend our free convenient courses.

Managing the Home Inspection

This course is perfect for newer agents! We go back to the basics to walk through the inspection process as well as how you can prepare and educate your client in order to have a smooth and positive home inspection experience. We will talk about how home inspectors and agents can work together to give the client confidence as they move through the home buying process.

Radon & The Real Estate Transaction

Radon gas is a major health hazard for buildings throughout Minnesota. More than two out of every five homes in MN have radon levels that pose a significant health risk. Radon testing is becoming more and more prevalent in real estate transactions, which provides another opportunity for issues to arise that could kill the deal. Real estate agents that are better informed on the potential hazards associated with radon as well as mitigation techniques will be able to better guide their clients through this process.

Understanding Newer Homes

Homes in the 10-15 year age range are often perceived as new by sellers and buyers, but many systems and appliances are reaching the end of their expected life. Educating clients on what is typically happening in a home this age can eliminate drama and stress. We will go over common conditions and problems for homes this age that can cause tension in the transaction when they feel like a surprise.
